Ink signature, “Here it is, Harry S. Truman, 4-17-61,” at the bottom of an ALS on an off-white 6.5 x 7.5 sheet, dated April 12, 1961, written by a college student requesting Truman’s signature. Archivally shadow box framed with a gold-inlaid, sterling silver portrait plate issued in a limited edition by the Franklin Mint in the early-to-mid 1970s, to an overall size of 18 x 28.5. In fine condition, with crisp mailing folds, a couple lightly passing though letters of signature. Auction LOA John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA and R&R COA. Oversized.
