In part: “Please be good enough to issue a check for any and all sums to which I am entitled in connection with the production of The Petrified Forest, in the name of Nimrod, Inc….” After signing, Howard adds a handwritten postscript which he additionally signs in full: “Also please be so good as to send each week hereafter to Nimrod Inc. a check covering my share of the profits of ‘The Petrified Forest’ together with the usual weekly statement. Such payment to be deemed by you to be payment to me.” In fine condition, with a few mild wrinkles and mailing fold touching main signature. R&R COA.
