Two items: TLS to Sydney, her lawyer, on various financial and legal matters, two pages, Alvear Palace Hotel Buenos Aires letterhead, December 3, 1952; and a red felt tip signature and sentiment, dated 1970, on an off-white 5.25 x 7 slip which has also been signed by another. The letter is in good condition, with holes, chips, notations, and a few spots; the signature is fine, with mild soiling and a small ballpoint ink mark. R&R COA.
