Signed at the conclusion in black ink by Adams and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office, George Graham. Double matted with an engraved portrait of Adams, to an overall size of 28 x 16. In very good condition, with worn, but intact seal, previous storage folds and some scattered light toning.
