Also accompanied by several related items: TLS, one page, Faculte Des Sciences De Paris letterhead dated July 11, 1932, from Curie’s secretary confirming an invitation to Professor Kovarik to visit her the next day at her laboratory in Paris, with its original mailing envelope; two original postcard photos, one of the Radium Institute and one of the Hotel Radium in Jachymov, Czech Republic; a vintage unsigned 6.5 x 9 photo of Pierre Curie; a 4 x 9 menu from a June 14, 1925 dinner held in Curie’s honor; and a one page receipt from Professor Kovarik’s dues for his lifetime membership if the French Society of Physics, dated July 26, 1921 and several clipped newspaper articles.
