A document granting a parcel of land “in Liberty District, in Polk County, on Woods Creek” to John Wrigley. The embossed paper seal remains intact at lower left. Accompanied by two related unsigned manuscript documents. A few tiny holes along folds and a touch of mild wrinkling, otherwise . In fine, bright, crisp condition.
