Carter”; Newsweek magazine cover (only) for November 15, 1976, signed in black ink, “J. Carter”; and a glossy color 8 x 10 photo, signed in silver ink, “J. Carter.” In fine condition, with slight smudging to header of mock White House letterhead (not affecting signature) and light handling wear to magazine cover. R&R COA.
