I have now, however, referred the papers to the Postmaster General … hearing testimony to the high respectability of the signers, and expressive of the pleasure it would afford me if their wishes could be guaranteed.” In fine condition, with one faint mailing fold touching signature and a few short edge separations to other mailing folds.
