In part: “Thank you for offering me your home should the proposed United Nations meeting keep me in New York any length of time. I have as yet, no definite plans—actually, I do not know whether the conference will actually take place. If it does, I do believe that it would be better for me to stay at one of the hotels within easy distance of the United Nations building.” A few light bends, otherwise in fine condition.
