Partly-printed DS, signed “J. Q. Adams,” one page on vellum, 15.5 x 9.5, May 26, 1827. A document granting a parcel of land in Missouri to Charles H. Berryman. In good condition, with heavy creases and wrinkles, scattered soiling and staining, small hole to blank portion, and removed seal. The signature is dark and generally unaffected by any faults.
