Color glossy 8 x 10 photo in an 11 x 14 mat, signed and inscribed in black felt tip on the mat, “To Leo Rogers with best wishes from Richard Nixon, 12-12-81.” Rogers’ Secret Service business card is affixed to the reverse of the mount.
