TLS signed “DE,” one page, 7 x 10.25, embossed The White House stationery, with “DDE” also embossed at top center letterhead, July 25, 1958. A letter to Mr. Geist in New York City. In part: “Thank you for offering me your home should the proposed United Nations meeting keep me in New York any length of time. I have as yet, no definite plans - - actually, I do not know whether the conference will actually take place. If it does, I do believe that it would be better for me to stay at one of the hotels within easy distance of the United Nations building.” In fine condition. R&R COA.
