Tennis player known as “Little Mo,” she was the first woman to win the Grand Slam. Retiring at age 20, she died prematurely fifteen years later. Ink signature and inscription, “Maureen Connolly Brinker, Wimbledon 1952, 1953, 1954, Best wishes to Art Howard, Salt Lake City Utah,” on an off-white 5 x 3 page, dated June 15, 1958.
