Included: “Helen Wills Moody, San Francisco, 1935”; “Helen Hull Jacobs, Louisville, Kentucky, Sept. 16, 1936”; Ellsworth Vines, adding “World Pro Tennis Champ, 1934-35” and “Salt Lake City, 1/26/38”; Don Budge (signed on March 17, 1942, per the collector’s typed notations); Jack Kramer, adding “May 6, 1953”; Pancho Segura, adding “U.S. Champion, Salt Lake, May 6, 53”; Ken Rosewell; Pancho Gonzales (signature obtained May 9th, 1959); and Bobby Riggs, who adds “June 30, 1935” and “Southern Cal. Jun. Champ” and Bobby Riggs (adding National Champion, 1939-1941, Utah State Champ 1935 and dating the page March 17, 1942).
