Mix, Jr. of New York “Consul of the United States of America at Lambayeque.” Signed at the conclusion in black ink by Buchanan and countersigned by Secretary of State Lewis Cass. In very good condition, with scattered toning and soiling, toning from seal over portion of signature, intact but worn seal, pencil notations to lower left, moderate folds and some light edge wear.
