Partially printed land deed for land in the territory north west of the Ohio, at the Chillicothe land office, granted to Samuel Musgrove. The paper seal is still intact. Countersigned by the Commissioner of the General Land Office. In good condition, with toning, heavier along the vertical folds, scattered areas of soiling, a vertical fold through Adams’ signature and the latter portion of the signature appearing lighter due to toning.
