I had written to you directing my letter to Webster Grove. The letter contained what I would write about now. If you have not yet received that letter you can get it. I since have written to Judge Long who you may advise with concerning farm matters and report progress, receipts expenditures etc.” Double matted and framed with a color portrait of Grant, a transcript of the letter, printed biographical information and a small name plaque, to an overall size of 30.5 x 24.5.
