Handwritten third person document, one page both sides, 6.25 x 2, no date. Document, written in Paine’s hand concerning the land of Jonah Mathews. In very good condition, with document having been professionally silked and a repair to a complete horizontal tear. Originally purchased from Batchelder Autographs in 1991, and accompanied by a copy of the receipt. R&R COA.
