Manuscript DS, signed twice, one page vellum, 25.5 x 13.75, March 11, 1767. Deed recording the sale of 14 parcels of land by John Mufser to James Ralfe. Signed twice, together with other appropriate signatures. Wax seals present, docketed on back, with the Ross signatures a bit faded, and slight fading of text; partial fold separations and paper loss within text; some paper loss at right margin; mounting residue on back; approximately 2″ tear in text, tape repaired on back.
