Lot of two one page TLSs. One is dated January 8, 1934, on County Court letterhead, with Truman sending his thanks. Second is dated February 3, 1953, and reads in part, “I do not intend to make any public appearances for some time to come, but I certainly thank you for your interest and the invitation.” In fine condition, with first letter having overall toning and wear and small tears to right edge.
