Taylor signs under the lower statement, which reads, “I certify that the above requisition is correct and just, that I am now on duty at Fort Crawford and that I have not drawn fuel for any part of this time above charged.” In fine condition, trimmed in size, with a bisecting vertical fold, light fold along lower right edge, pencil notation to top edge, easily matted out and some light mirroring of signature along top edge.
