Pop composer and lyricist who, with Ray Evans, scored more than 80 films and won three Best Song Oscars. He also penned the perennial hit “Silver Bells,” which he originally titled “Twinkle Bells.” He referred to the recording, which has sold more than 140 copies, as the “annuity.”Vintage glossy 8 x 10 photo of the songwriter who, in addition to signing and inscribing the photo to John Pearson in black ink, pens bars of music and lyrics to some of his best known compositions, including Que Sera Sera, Mona Lisa, Tammy, Silver Bells, I Am Mister Ed, Bonanza and Buttons and Bows! In very good condition, with scattered creasing largely in the edges and top corners, a chip to the lower right corner and a tack hole to the upper right corner. R&R COA.
