Jackson grants eighty one acres of land in Ohio to Gilbert McCulley, boldly signed at the conclusion in brown ink by Jackson and countersigned by the Commissioner of the General Land Office Elijah Haywood. In very good condition, with two heavy vertical folds, one through opening stroke of Jackson’s signature, worn but intact seal, scattered toning and staining, and a few small pinholes to document, none affecting large six inch signature.
