Agreement covers master recordings, phonograph records, record sleeves, packing, and the terms, etc. Also includes the Price Schedule for Capitol Records. Numerous pencil notations throughout contract. Boldly signed “Frank Sinatra” in blue fountain pen as President of Essex Productions on page 8. Sinatra’s two albums with Capitol in 1955 were huge successes. He recorded In The Wee Small Hours and Swing Easy. In fine condition, with file, staple holes and staple to top, small bit of paper loss to left margin of first page. R&R COA.
