Burr,” one page, 8 x 9.5, no date but textually indicating 1826. Letter to Samuel Hopkins discussing a legal case. In part, “Please to procure and to forward to me a certified copy of Boyd’s afft in the case of Vanick & Bacon & then to ask the court to permit you to take back the affts which were offered by the plff.” Integral second page bears an address panel done in another hand as well as several notations.
