Magnificent vintage 8 x 10 Bachrach portrait photo of Roosevelt in a light colored jacket resting his arms on his desk, signed and inscribed in the lower border in fountain pen to a Captain “from Franklin D. Roosevelt.” Double cloth matted and framed to an overall size of 17.5 x 20.5. Name in inscription light and difficult to read, otherwise fine condition. R&R COA.
