TLS, one page, 8 x 10.5, United States Senate letterhead, November 3, 1941. Letter to a concerned cotton merchant. In part, “I am extremely interested in it because there is a large section of Missouri that is in the cotton raising business. I think the Congress is well aware of the situation, and I am doing what is necessary to meet it.” Small ding and spot to right edge, otherwise fine condition. R&R COA.
