In part, “Thank you for sharing your reaction to the China vote and the verse you composed with me. As you must know, the vote was a deep dissappointment and in my view was a dangerous precedent. Unfortunately some of our strongest allies were against us on this. I deeply appreciated your words and support. As I continue my efforts here to build a stronger and more effective UN.” In fine condition, with mailing folds and some creasing. R&R COA.
