Excellent and attractive DS as president, one page, 14.75 x 19, July 13, 1916. President Wilson appoints Felix Rosseter McLean to the rank of Second Lieutenant of the Infantry. Nicely signed at the conclusion by Wilson and countersigned by his Secretary of War. Triple cloth matted and framed to an overall size of 23 x 27.
