Signed at the bottom in black ink 'J. Q. Adams,' and countersigned by the Commissioner of the General Land Office George Graham. Cloth matted and framed with a portrait of Adams, to an overall size of 25.5 x 14.5 In fine condition, with two vertical folds, both with small dots of paper loss, light soiling, worn but intact seal and a nice bold signature.
