Seventeen article document gives the particulars on workplace and fire insurance, delay overruns, sub-contracting and skilled labor. Eastman also agrees to pay 174,000 for the work. Boldly signed on the last page in fountain pen by Eastman. In fine condition, with light page toning, bisecting horizontal folds to pages, nice bold signature and document still housed in its original legal folder.
