Free frank envelope, 4.5 x 2.5, addressed in another hand to 'B. W. Winans, Esqr., Waterbury, Conn.' Franked in the upper right corner, 'M. Fillmore.' Double matted and framed with a portrait of Fillmore, to an overall size of 13 x 16.
