Deed in which the Central Pacific Railroad sells approximately forty one and one half acres of land to Charles Schwartz for the sum of 125.00. Signed on the reverse of the first page by Leland Stanford as president of the rail road. In fine condition, with toning to docketing on outside, some light spots and expected folds.
