DS as president, one page, 15.5 x 18.5, June 13, 1902. President Roosevelt appoints Francis F. Longley to the rank of Second Lieutenant in the Corps of Engineers. Nicely signed at the bottom in black ink and countersigned by his Secretary of War. Nicely matted and framed to an overall size of 22 x 25.
