Henry grants Osburn Sprigg four hundred acres of land in Virginia, signed at the bottom in ink by Henry. In good condition, with wrinkling, scattered soiling and toning, heavier at edges, heavy folds with tiny holes at fold intersections, signature a bit light but legible and remnants of missing seal to lower left.
