Letter to Senator Carl Hayden, in full: "I am sorry that you were unable to attend the signing ceremony of H.R. 8363, the Tax Bill. The signing ceremony was not quite the same without you but I want to make sure that you have one of the pens which I used in approving this legislation." In fine condition, with faint edge toning. Accompanied by a transmittal letter from Hayden, forwarding the letter to collector Ken Browne.
