Two commemorative official 'bill signer' Parker felt tip pens, emblazoned on the barrel with "The White House" and Richard Nixon's facsimile signature. Both are housed in their original white boxes, featuring the presidential seal and Nixon's facsimile signature on the lids; one includes the original descriptive card: "Commemorating the signing of H.R. 14370, the revenue sharing act of 1972, by President Richard Nixon, Independence Hall, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, October 20, 1972." In overall fine condition, with slight staining to one of the box lids.
