French President Charles de Gaulle appoints Lucien Hubert, “Legal Advisor to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Officer of the National Order of the Legion of Honor,” to serve as plenipotentiary at an international convention related to maritime law at Brussels on April 29, 1961. Signed at the conclusion by President Charles de Gaulle, Prime Minister Michel Debre, and Minister of Foreign Affairs Maurice Couve de Murville. In fine condition.
