Marilyn consents to the use of her "name and likeness" in early 1952

Desirable partial DS, one page, 8.5 x 4.75, January 17, 1952. The closing portion of a publicity rights contract, which reads: "I, Marilyn Monroe, hereby consent to the use of my name and likeness for the purposes hereinabove set forth, upon compliance with the foregoing terms and conditions, but not otherwise." Signed at the conclusion in black ballpoint by Monroe. In very good to fine condition, with trimmed edges, faint toning, and light fading to the signature.
