Arthur, Henry Cabot Lodge, Benjamin Harris Brewster, and Samuel J. Randall), military leaders (Benjamin F. Butler, William Rosecrans, and Henry W. Slocum), and Supreme Court justices (Morrison R. Waite, Samuel F. Miller, Stephen J. Field, Joseph P. Bradley, John M. Harlan, Stanley Matthews, William Burnham Woods, Horace Gray, and Samuel Blatchford). In very good to fine condition, with the front cover detached but present, heavy wear to the partially detached spine, and some of the inner pages separated from the spine; the inner pages themselves are generally clean and fine.
