English rock musician (born 1949) most famous for being a member of Badfinger from 1974 to 1975 and 1981 to 1983, and of The Fortunes from 1995 to the present. Two DSs, both signed "Bob Jackson," both dated to circa late 1974: the first document, 12 pages, 8.5 x 13.75, is a contract between Robert Jackson and Badfinger Enterprises, in which the former agrees to render his "exclusive personal services as a vocalist and instrumentalist in connection with the production of phonograph records for an original term of one (1) year…to record with the group known as Badfinger." The second document, four pages, 8.5 x 11, is an official letter from Jackson to Badfinger Enterprises, in which he affirms: "I hereby engage you to represent me, as my sole and exclusive personal representative, manage and director, to handle all of my personal business affairs in all branches of the entertainment industry throughout the world, in all fields of endeavor." Jackson signs at the conclusion of both documents in blue ballpoint. In overall very good to fine condition.
