The panel is postmarked Washington, May 29, and bears a ‘Free’ ink stamp below his signature. Double-matted with a color portrait and nameplate to an overall size of 11 x 18. In very good condition, with three vertical folds (one passing through a single letter of the signature), scattered soiling, and a few creases. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
