Harrison signs off on rations for five spies during the Northwest Indian War

Manuscript DS, signed “Wm. H. Harrison, aid de camp,” one page, 7.5 x 5, February 9, 1795. Document reads: “Provision return for five spies for two days…at one and half ration per day…The contractor will please to issue fifteen rashens [sic].” Signed at the conclusion by Harrison. In very good condition, with intersecting folds, one through a single letter of signature, scattered light toning and soiling, and a rough bottom edge. Pre-certified John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA and RR Auction COA.
