Color limited edition 13.5 x 10.5 giclee print of Obama originally done on an uncut sheet of one dollar bills, numbered #54/400, signed in black felt tip, as president, “Spend it! Barack Obama.” Also signed in pencil by the artist, Jason Baalman. Framed to an overall size of 19 x 16. Consignor notes that the print was signed on February 12, 2009, when President Obama was on a visit to the Caterpillar plant in Peoria, Illinois, then on to Lincoln’s Birthday Dinner in Springfield. The main purpose of this trip was to discuss his Stimulus Plan, hence adding “Spend it,” before his signature. In very fine condition. Pre-certified Steve Grad/PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
