Partially printed DS, one page on vellum, approximately 13.75 x 10, July 1, 1831. A grant for a parcel of land in Chillicothe, Ohio, issued to Allen Latham. The document bears vertical folds (one to first name), light scattered soiling, and substantial losses (evidently rodent-related) to the top and left edges, resulting in missing portions to text. The signature itself, however, is mostly unaffected and otherwise fine. R&R COA.
