Color glossy 7.75 x 9.5 photo of the elderly Hoover seated before a cabinet of Chinese porcelains, contained in an 11 x 14 mat, signed and inscribed in green ink on the mat, “To George D. Randall, the good wishes of Herbert Hoover.” In fine condition, with a hint of subtle soiling and faint bend to mat (away from signature), and trimmed left and right edges which would be hidden by a frame.
