Selassie was one of the most revered figures among followers of the Rastafari movement, whose members viewed him as a symbol of God incarnate. Printed greeting card featuring a photo of Selassie in uniform on the front panel, 9 x 7.5, signed in fountain pen and dated 1942. In fine condition, with soiling and glue stains to interior, and a small, virtually invisible spot of adhesive residue to photo, well away from signature.
