NASA Form 372: a Travel Request and Authorization 'Traveler's Copy' form belonging to astronaut "Leroy Gordon Cooper, Jr.," who requests a year of official travel (July 1, 1968 to June 30, 1969) "within the continental limits of the United States" for the "Performance of official duties of manned space flight activities." Additional authorizations include "Jet tourist accomodations…to permit more productive working hours" and "Military air." Signed above in blue ballpoint by Cooper, and countersigned below by two officers. In fine condition.
