Signed neatly at the conclusion by George Bush, and countersigned by Secretary of State James A. Baker III. The large beige wafer seal remains affixed to the lower left. Framed to an overall size of 23.25 x 19.25. In fine condition, with light overall rippling. Bush remains excessively rare in signed presidential appointments, with this example representing the first that we have ever offered.
