Fillmore.” Panel also bears a “Free” stamp in the upper right and Buffalo, NY date stamp, “Nov. 26,” to the left side. In very good to fine condition, with light scattered wrinkling, haloing to ink, repaired tears to envelope flap, and a pencil notation to the reverse.
